Bucket Bender Launch!

When I was a kid, I used to lose whole afternoons to programs like Kid Pix — filling blank spaces with noise and color, tapping patterns into the void just to see what would happen.

I never really outgrew that feeling.

I just kept chasing it — bending circuits, glitching pixels, pouring harsh chemicals onto magazines to melt them into strange new worlds.

Most tools weren’t made for that kind of chaos.

I wanted a glitch paintbrush.

So I built Bucket Bender.

It’s a web app where you load a base image (or just generate a quick gradient), load a few patterns, and start splashing, bending, and twisting reality into something new.

It might feel overwhelming at first — there are a lot of sliders, buttons, and weird options staring at you. But honestly? As long as you load a base and a pattern or two, you’re already halfway to making something unique.

Play around. Break things. See what happens.

I highly encourage you to try the free version first — it’s a great way to get your hands messy without overthinking it.

Just know the full version has grown a lot since then, with new features, polish, and even more room for chaos.

I’ve been glitching and creating under the name Letsglitchit for 11 years now.

I’m not a traditional coder — my background is in glitch art, breaking systems open to find the beauty inside them.

I used every bit of that knowledge (and a little help from AI for the heavy lifting) to build this tool from scratch.
