Fill tool finally behaves

• Flood-Fill now always reads the exact pixels you see, so a quick blur won’t throw tolerance off.
• Click on a masked area? The app now bails instantly instead of acting like nothing happened.
• Feather strength sticks even when you hide the slider panel—soft edges all day.
• Alpha-blend tweak: patterns with transparent pixels no longer leave random speckles.
